Sex Therapy

Collaborative psychotherapy for sexuality, intimacy, and sexual well-being.

Sexuality is an important part of many people's lives and relationships, yet it can also be one of the most difficult topics to talk about. Sex therapy offers a space to explore concerns with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment.

As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I integrate psychotherapy, education, and collaboration to help individuals better understand themselves, strengthen intimate relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic sexual life.

Whether concerns have existed for years or have emerged following life transitions, illness, trauma, or changes within a relationship, therapy can provide a supportive space to explore them at your own pace.

Areas We Can Explore

Sex therapy can address many aspects of sexuality and intimacy, including:

  • Desire and libido

  • Mismatched sexual desire

  • Sexual pain

  • Erectile or arousal concerns

  • Difficulty with orgasm

  • Anxiety related to sex

  • Shame surrounding sexuality

  • Religious or cultural influences

  • LGBTQIA+ identity and exploration

  • Gender identity

  • Consensual non-monogamy

  • Kink and BDSM

  • Compulsive sexual behaviors

  • Intimacy after illness or chronic pain

  • Communication about sexuality and intimacy

My Approach

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in authenticity rather than judgment.

There is no single definition of a "healthy" or "normal" sexual life. Together, we'll explore your experiences, values, and goals to better understand what feels meaningful to you. My role isn't to tell you what your sexuality should look like—it's to help you better understand yourself, reduce barriers to connection, and create lasting change that aligns with your values.

My work is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-aware, sex-positive, and grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy.

Whether you're navigating a specific concern or simply hoping to better understand your relationship with sexuality and intimacy, I'd be honored to support that process.

If you're interested in learning more or scheduling a complimentary consultation, I'd love to hear from you.
